Lending Revolution for JSC Bank Finance and Credit
Problem
The bank needed to quickly launch a large-scale project for retail lending. Existing solutions were either too expensive or inflexible. A system was needed that could handle hundreds of thousands of applications, integrate with 18 (!) different banking systems, and quickly adapt to changing market demands.
Solution with LFS Workflow
LFS Workflow became the central core of the credit conveyor. Over 80 processes were developed on the platform, covering the entire lifecycle of a loan application. Key systems were implemented, such as the 'SPKZ' (Consumer Lending Support System) for new and payroll clients, the 'UNIMAK' universal process launcher, as well as processes for approving individual tariffs, managing deposits, and controlling employee access.
Key Results
- Over 300,000 loan applications were processed, confirming the industrial scale of the solution.
- Supported the concurrent work of 1,500 users in 300 points of sale across the country.
- Full integration with 18 banking systems was implemented, including the core banking system, card systems, CRM, and the Ukrainian Bureau of Credit Histories.
- The process archive stored over 1 million scanned documents, ensuring a full audit trail for every application.
